Let Freedom Ring Chat Night

         Saturday, July 31, 2021, The Peninsula of Horror presents it's Let Freedom Ring Chat Night.  July is the month that we celebrate our freedom in the United States, and Professor Gillman and Master Vyle will be bringing you a night which may be celebrating some of those freedoms in the extreme.

        We kick off the night with our Unusual Pre-Show for the Early Boids at approximately 7:00 PM Eastern, featuring shorts from Back When America Was Great.

        Then at 8:00 PM Eastern it's House of Master Vyle Presents: Women in the Night.  Master Vyle and his Video Dungeon Fiends bring you this "based on a true story" tale of comfort women in a German officers club in Japanese occupied China and a Nazi Death Ray.  Yeah, fiends, it doesn't get any truer than that.  Starring Virginia Christine who would later go onto greater fame as Mrs. Olsen in a series of long running Folger's coffee commercials.

        Next at 10:00 PM Eastern it's House of Master Vyle 2021 MiniSode 2: Article I.  In an unfiltered and pretty much unscripted hour Master Vyle talks about the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights, although mainly focusing on The First Amendment, which he makes very liberal and free use of.  This episode will not be for everyBODY, and anyone who cannot stand political views that are not their own, have no appreciation of satire, or cannot tolerate "hurty words" WILL BE OFFENDED.  Plus Master Vyle's latest Video Dungeon Fiend Gayass Chicken will be making his debut, and if that doesn't give you a clue of where things are headed, nothing will.

         Finally, as we approach the Midnight Hour it's Grave of the Vampire on The Professor Gillman Show.  The recently departed William Smith stars as the son of the vampire Caleb Croft, who has sworn to track down and destroy his father to avenge the death of his mother.  Just prior to the episode Professor Gillman will be presenting a short tribute to William Smith, who if you didn't know was a real, real man's man.

        The Golden Horde Episode 4: Invaders from Space is back from PURGE-atory and remastered in a flat screen format for your viewing pleasure.  Now sporting even more luscious locks and newly won "Space Spartan" helmet Gorenard the Beerbarian, Ruler of Beerbaria and Keeper of the Golden Horde brings you this entry in the Starman series which sees the Defender of the Emerald Planet go up against a race of reptilian aliens bent on conquering Earth.  Special GHOST stars Master Vyle and Zim Bob Weigh appear to urge Gorenard into showing this "Treasure".

        This weekend on The Peninsula of Horror Master Vyle and his Video Dungeon Fiends bring you drama, and more excitement than you can stand.  (Note: More excitement than you can stand may be meant to be ironic or is subjective based on the individual viewer's taste).

        The fun begins Friday 12:00 AM Midnight Eastern as Master Vyle and his Video Dungeon Fiends bring you Rain on Midnight Shock Theater.  The legendary Joan Crawford delivers her take on the free spirited good time girl Sadie Thompson as she runs afoul of a religious zealot played by the equally legendary Walter Huston, as they are stuck on a South Seas island between the monsoon and an outbreak of cholera.  And as always, fiends, Midnight Shock Theater is for Mature Audiences Only!

        Then on Saturday at 12:00 PM Noon Eastern Master Vyle brings you a double dose of Horrible Old Featured Creatures for the TV-PG 14-ish crowd on Master Vyle's Creature Feature.  First up Master Vyle and his special guest Elsie (the girlfriend of P. Nut Gallery) bring you The Incredible Petrified World starring John Carradine with Robert Clarke and Phyllis Coates.  An expedition in an experimental diving sphere may not be as lost as it seems once its occupants discover a vast system of inhabitable underwater caves.  Then it's The Beast of Yucca Flats starring the ever versatile Tor Johnson.  Written and directed by Coleman Francis this film finds a scientist being turned into a brutish monster after being exposed to radiation from a nuclear test.

        Indeed all the fun fun this weekend is on The Peninsula of Horror, streamed with live chat. 

Project 52 Week 16 Featured Creatures

    Despite being delayed for several weeks the final three weeks of new Project 52 shows begin tonight.  As you may or not know, due to circumstances both foreseen and unforeseen, I have been forced to cut my attempt at delivering two new shows a week for 52 weeks short, and ending with 18 weeks of shows, just shy of being halfway there.  However it is my intention to make another attempt in 2023, to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the debut of the first official episode of House of Master Vyle Presents, Doctor Xombie's Friday Night Fright spook show and the launch of The Peninsula of Horror.  But, anyway... On to the fun stuff.

    This weekend's fun kicks of at 12:00 AM Midnight Eastern on The Peninsula of Horror as Master Vyle and his Video Dungeon Fiends present Jungle Bride on Midnight Shock Theater.  A woman is stranded on an uncharted island with her fiancee, the man she believes sent her brother to prison and his BFF.  What could possibly go wrong?  Drop in and see for yourself, but as always Midnight Shock Theater is for Mature Audiences Only!

    Then tomorrow at 12:00 PM Noon Eastern the fun continues with a little something for the TV-PG 14-ish crowd as Master Vyle and his Video Dungeon Fiends present Warning from Space and Attack of the Monsters on Master Vyle's Creature Feature.  First up a group of aliens from a planet on the opposite side of the Sun arrive in Tokyo to warn of a cosmic disaster that more than likely will destroy the Earth.  Then a pair of adventurous boys stowaway on a flying saucer and end up being taken to a planet on the opposite side of the Sun.  (You get the feeling there's a theme here?)  Once they arrive they find themselves trapped on a planet overrun with space monsters, as well as a pair of brain hungry alien women.  Their only hope for rescue, Earth's very own super monster, Gamera!
